Loaded Nachos
Everybody's favorite shareable item. 'tortilla chips. Roasted corn and black bean salsa, grilled onions, peppers, jalapenos and house-made queso. After all this, we top it with our fire roasted; make it your own by adding chicken, shrimp, or steak for an additional charge.
The Triple G
House-made queso, five roasted salsa plus our black bean and corn salsa.
Loaded Taters
Grilled onions, peppers, jalapeños, queso and chili piled high on top of crispy tater tots.
Hummus
This popular dip is a 'must' try. We'll throw in soft pita, pita chips, celery and carrots to dip with.
Fried Pickles
A reimagination of a fan favorite. Imagine pickles turned into fries and a chipotle ranch for added flavor. Now that your mouth is watering go ahead and get an order or the table.
Goose Heads
Cauliflower pieces that you can enjoy deep-fried or sautéed and spun in our choice of buffalo sauce or our garlic and lemon vinaigrette.
"Goose Egg"
Don't call it burrata toast but think of it as burrata toast. Toasted bread meets fresh burrata cheese, roasted tomatoes, pickled veggies and a balsamic glaze.
The Goose Nest
Roasted tomatoes and pickled veggies served on top of salad greens, that we spin in our house-made champagne vinaigrette and throw in some burrata for good measure.
The Smart Goose
This salad pairs perfectly with our patio. Strawberries, clementines, pecans, shredded mozzarella and pomegranate vinaigrette with our house salad greens.
Charred Caesar
A half head of Roma crunch lettuce meets our open-flame grill. Then we cover it with red onions, parmesan cheese, croutons and a pepper parmesan dressing.
The Greek
Chopped romaine, feta cheese, kalamata olives, sliced cucumbers, red onions, and a side of Greek dressing complete this tasty classic. It's up to you to figure out if you eat the pepperoncini before or after the salad.

American cheese, grilled onions, mustard and two certified angus beef patties. If your struggling from last night or you just love a diner style burger then this is the one for you.
The Hot Head Burger
Pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, aud grilled onions and jalapeños bring the heat. Two certified Angus beef patties bring the flavor. All you have to bring is your appetite!
The Plucked Goose
Hand breaded chicken breasts, Swiss cheese, pickles and chipotle ranch are served between two buns. Try it grilled if you're not in a fried chicken mood.
The Exotic
Slow-cooked pork belly served open-face on a hoagie bun with pickled vegetables, jalapeños and spicy mayo.
Scuba Goose
Hand battered shrimp, passion fruit slaw; remoulade sauce on a hoagie make a sandwich that you may kneaux. Cough cough...It's a Po'boy and it's also available grilled.
Silly Philly
Your choice of chicken or steak with grilled onions, peppers, and provolone cheese is served on a toasted hoagie with garlic aioli.
Gooseneck
It's a Polish sausage on a bun with grilled onions and peppers. Enough said!

Two skewers of either marinated filet tips, shrimp or 24 hour marinated chicken are served over Basmati rice and we throw in a side salad for good measure.
